Players and coaches select and design all the products we sell, so we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons; to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.
Note that ALL sales are FINAL for gift certificates and items customized with a name, number, icon, or badge.

Within 30 days from the date of purchase we will gladly exchange, refund, or credit your order, provided the following criteria are met.
- Still in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization, wear, or use of any kind.
- Almost all items that have been worn outside will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition. thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return.If the item arrived as a set, such as a tracksuit, all parts of the set must be returned.
- The original tag, plastic wrap, box, etc. that arrived with the order must be present.
- Please do not attempt to return your merchandise if it does not qualify for a return or contain a returns form, as we will not be able to process your return and cannot ship the items back to you.

- Please use our self-service return procedure to request a Return Authorization Number. This will be processed by our Customer Service Team.
- You will receive an RA # confirmation for your return request.
- Clearly mark your return with the RA# on the outside of the box and ship via either courier or insured registered mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to X-treme Rugby Wear
- Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will cover the cost of return and replacement shipping.
- We cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" Please allow 3-7 business days for processing of returns.
We understand that mistakes happens. For any reason that yout custom order is wrong please email us with your order number and photo of mistakes
Colour varies between materials. Our site shows a very close representation of what your gear will look like. If you require a certain Pantone colour just Ask us! However, because it is a digital representation, we expect there will be some variation between your screen and the product.
Product is not returnable due to fit, please choose size carefully. We recommend familiarizing yourself with fit of the specific model you are customizing.
Cancelling or Changing your Custom Order
We begin the personalization process as soon as you place your order and are unable to make changes or cancel your order.
Shipping your Custom Order
Customized products take an additional 4-6 weeks to ship and are eligible for expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping does not affect the customization timeline.
